“The Towering” Talos stands literal head-and-shoulders above most of the National Wrestling Alliance. At seven-feet-tall, the former pro basketball player — who toured with The Harlem Globetrotters — is now a massive threat in professional wrestling.
Debuting as the muscle behind eventual tag team partner Daisy Kill’s mouth, the team made modern NWA history. By defeating The Fixers in a tournament finals, Kill and Talos became the first two-time U.S. tag team champions since the legendary straps were revived in the Lightning One Era.
Whether in tag team action, or as a solo star, Talos casts a gigantic shadow across the National Wrestling Alliance.
