NWA POWERRR February 3rd Recap: Silas sounds off on Thom Latimer; Mims vs Nihan II; Some new faces on NWA; Pretty Boy makes Argento pay for his sins, and a World Tag Team Main Event!

This week's NWA Powerrr featured the fallout from NWA Samhain Part III! We saw some new faces in the NWA, as well as The Immortals defending the NWA World Tag Team Titles in the Main Event against NWA Chicago Tag Team Champions, The Hardway.

Silas Mason & Thom Latimer come to blows

The show opened up with NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion, Silas Mason, sounding off on the NWA Faithful and letting them know who truly runs the National Wrestling Alliance. He claimed that he needed to admit to a crime.

He didn't hesitate calling out former NWA Worlds Heavyweight Champion, Thom Latimer for ruining his moment at NWA SAMHAIN. Latimer was originally scheduled to face Silas Mason, but Cardona took him out.

Thom wasted no time making his way to the ring, and let's just say things got physical VERY quickly between these 2 alpha males!

It only seems to be a matter of time before these 2 collide once more for the NWA Worlds Heavyweight Championship.

2 Monsters Collide Once More

Mims def El Dragon Nihan

In our first matchup of the night, We saw a rematch from SAMHAIN Part III as Big Strong Mims took on El Dragon Nihan. These 2 did not waste any time getting physical, Though Nihan wasted no time taking the advantage in the match.

For most of the match, it started to seem that there was no real way to keep the dragon down.

It wasn't until Mims former mentor, The Pope showed up that he was able to take the advantage. Pope made his way to the ring after the ref was taken out of action, and in a surprise, he delivered a low blow to El Dragon Nihan, allowing Mims to get the schoolboy roll up victory. What does The Pope have in mind exactly?

Hollyhood Haley J was throwing SLAPS!

Sirena Veil & Vipress def Hollyhood Haley J & Rachel Ley

In women's tag team action, we saw Haley J & Rachel Ley take on the new duo of Sirena Veil & Vipress. It didn't take long for Vipress & Haley J to come to blows. Rachel Ley & Sirena made there ways into the ring, and Rachel Ley wasted no time showing off.

It didn't take long though for her to get caught up by Sirena, who took advantage of the situation immediately and took advantage of the match for her team.

Once Haley J was able to get back in the match, she took over the ring quite quickly, even giving a quick reminder to Vipress why she is a star on TV's Power Slap.

In the end unfortanently, Haley J got distracted on the outside and Sirena Veil was able to secure the pinfall victory on Rachel Ley for her team.

Pretty Boy Exacts revenge for the Holy Grail

Pretty Boy Smooth def Cristiano Argento

In our next matchup, we saw The Holy Grail's Pretty Boy Smooth take on Exodus Pros Cristiano Argento due to his "efforts" at SAMHAIN Part III. Pretty Boy wasted no time showing exactly why he is the most Dominant Giant in professional wrestling today.

Pretty Boy Smooth made very quick work of Argento, but it was after the match that had everyone talking. Trevor Murdoch & Mike Knox came out to speak with EC3, while pointing at Pretty Boy. Will we see Murdoch vs Pretty Boy in the near future?

Colby Corino Addresses his wrestling future

Next we cut to the ring where Kyle Davis is with Colby Corino. Corino is asked when we should expect to see him back in action. He promises that though he doesn't know for sure when he will be back, that he will return to the ring in 2026.

Pretty Boy Exacts revenge for the Holy Grail

Herra & Teal Piper def Pretty Empowered

In our next matchup, we saw more women's tag action as the paige sisters took on the debutting Herra & Teal Piper. Kenzie didn't show care to Piper being a 2nd generation wrestler, but she regretted that decision quickly.

It didn't take long though for Pretty Empowered to show exactly why they are former NWA World Women's Tag Team Champions

Once Herra entered the match, the tides began to turn as soon as she hit a MASSIVE samoan drop.

In a shocking twist of events, Herra put Kylie Paige in a modified Camel Clutch and tapped out the former NWA World Women's Tag Team Champion for the victory...or did she? The sisters argued Kylies foot was on the rope, but only time will tell how this all plays out.

Main Event: The NWA World Tag Team Titles are ON THE LINE!

NWA World Tag Team Championship Match

The Immortals (C) def The Hardway

In this week's main event, We saw the Immortals defend the NWA World Tag Team titles against NWA Chicago Tag Team Champions, The Hardway. Odinson tried to take control early on, but it didn't take long for The Hardway to take advantage early on in the match.

Once Krato's got in, it became a back and forth battle between himself and Dalton McKenzie. Dalton tried taunting, but he learned very quickly....never taunt the Immortals.

This match was a back and forth battle, and at one point The Hardway even hit their finisher and looked like we were going to have new World Tag Team Champions.

In the end though, Kratos & Odinson were able to hit Immortality on McKenzie for the pinfall and to retain the NWA World Tag Team Titles.

NEXT WEEK'S ACTION!

Next week on NWA Powerrr, in the main event will see the United States Tag Titles up for grabs as the Slimeballz defend the gold against the Country Gentlemen.

We will also see the NWA in-ring debut of Gisele Shaw as she takes on NWA World Women's Champion, Natalia Markova for the Burke!
